太原市某卷烟厂噪声对作业工人心血管系统的影响调查

目的]探讨噪声对作业工人心功能的影响，制定更合理的防护措施。方法]2008年5月。对太原市某卷烟厂125名噪声作业工人进行心脏健康监护。并与对照比较。结果]高血压患病率噪声组125人为10．40％，对照组125人为6．40％（P〉0．05）；心电图异常率，噪声组为47．20％，对照组为20．80％（P〈0．01）。结论]本次调查调查对象的样本量较少，有待扩大样本量进一步确定噪声对卷烟厂作业工人心血管系统的影响程度。

Investigation on Noise Exposure and Risk Factor for Cardiovascular System among Workers in Cigarette Factory in Taiyuan City

Objective]To explore the effect of noise on heart function,work out a more reasonable protective measures. Methods]Heart health surveillance was conducted for 125 workers exposed to noise in a cigarette factory in May 2008, the result was compared with the controls. Results]Of the 125 workers in noise exposed group,the prevalence rate of hypertension was 10.40% ,while of the 125 workers in control group,the prevalence rate was 6.40% （ P 〉0.05） ;The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was 47. 20 % in noise exposed group, while it was 21.60 % in control group （ P 〈 0. 0 1 ） . Conclusion]Only a few workers included in this investigation,more workers must be involved in the investigation to further understand the extend of the risk for cardiovascular System by noise exposure among workers in cigarette factory.
