2008年乐东县疾病预防控制体系人力资源状况调查

摘    要:目的]了解乐东县疾病预防控制体系人力资源现状,进一步探索优化人力资源配置。方法]2008年对乐东县疾病预防控制体系人力资源现状进行调查。结果]该县疾病预防控制体系合计187人,占医疗卫生单位人员的18.9%;其中县级53人,镇(场)级134人。具有卫生专业学历者114人,占61.9%。所学专业中,预防医学类30人,占16.0%;医学相关类84人,占44.9%。有卫生技术职称者139人,占74.3%。县级人员年龄主要分布于46~55岁,镇(场)人员主要集中于36-45岁。结论]从现有的人力资源现状分析,疾控体系整体结构不够合理,建议进一步调整优化该地区疾控体系队伍结构。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the status of human resource in Disease Prevention and Uontrol System (DPCS). To further explore the optimization of allocation of human resource. Methods]The status of human resource of DPCS at county level was investigated in 2008. Results]There were a total of 187 staff in DPCS at county level, accounting for 18.9% of the total staff in medical institutions. 53 of them were the staff at county level and 134 at town level. 114 of them were health professionals, accounting for 61.9 %. 30 of them were professionals of preventive medicine, accounting for 16.0 %. 84 of them were professionals of related medicine, accounting for 44.9 %. 139 of them had technical titles of health specialty, accounting for 74.3 %. Most of the staff at county level were at the age from 46 to 55, while the age were from 36 to 45 at town level. Conclusion]The analysis suggested that the overall structure of DPCS is not reasonable. It is suggested that the allocation of human resource of DPCS should be further adjusted and optimized.
