2004～2008年新泰市艾滋病自愿咨询检测资料分析

目的]了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）工作开展情况,为今后加强和完善VCT工作提供科学依据。方法]对20042008年新泰市VCT门诊工作有关情况进行分析。结果]20042008年求询者合计3 852人,其中自愿接受HIV检测的3 529人,占91.61%。求询者中自愿检测者所占比例,20042008年分别为43.48%、66.67%、95.10%、94.71%、98.42%（P〈0.01）。合计检出3例HIV感染者,检出率为0.09%。3 852名求询者中,非婚性接触者占54.13%,其中86.57%（1 805/2 085）的求询者因有恐惧心理前来咨询检测,13.43%因有疑病症求询。求询问题为感染HIV后的症状者占44.86%,艾滋病的潜伏期和窗口期者占30.01%,使用安全套能否预防艾滋病者占16.74%,性病能否治愈者占8.23%,艾滋病传播途径者占0.16%。结论]新泰市的VCT利用率逐年提高,主要的服务对象为有非婚异性性行为史者。

Data Analysis of Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Xintai City from 2004 to 2008

Objective]To understand the status of voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）,provide scientific basis for strengthening and improving the implementation of VCT.Methods]The practice in VCT clinic from 2004 to 2008 in Xintai was analyzed.Results]Of the 3 852 people counseling from 2004 to 2008,3 529 of them were tested for HIV voluntarily,accounting for 91.61%.The rate of voluntary HIV test was 43.48%,66.67%,95.10%,94.71% and 98.42% respectively from 2004 to 2008（P〈0.01）.3 of them were HIV infected persons,the detection rate was 0.09%.Among the 3 852 target people,non-marriage sexual behavior accounted for 54.13%,and 86.57%（1 805/2 085） of them had fears,and 13.43% of them suspected that he was ill.The questions that they asked were as follows： the symptoms of HIV infection accounted for 44.86%,AIDS incubation period and window period accounted for 30.01%,＂whether condom use can prevent AIDS＂ accounted for 16.74%,＂whether sexually transmitted diseases can be cured or not ＂accounted for 8.23%,AIDS transmission routes accounted for 0.16%.Conclusion]VCT services were improved in Xintai gradually,people had non-marriage sexual behavior were the main target population.
