2003-2008年滨州市碘盐监测分析

[目的]了解辖区内碘盐加工、分装企业碘盐的质量。[方法]按《全国碘盐监测方案》的要求，对碘盐生产加工企业所生产的碘盐进行随机抽样监测。并对滨州市2003-2008年碘盐分装、批发企业碘盐监测资料进行统计与分析。[结果]2003～2008年我市碘盐分装、批发企业监测碘盐批质量合格率为96．77％，碘盐均数为27．72-30．80mg／kg。不同采样批次问碘浓度平均值的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。不同年份间碘盐合格率的差异有无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]滨州市碘盐生产加工质量稳定。监测抽样人员应规范采样方法。使采集到的样品更具有代表性。

Analysis of Iodized Salt Surveillance in Binzhou City from 2003 to 2008

[Objective]To understand the production situation of iodized salt in the district.[Methods]Iodized salt samples were collected randomly and examined according to＂ National Surveillance Program on Iodized Salt＂. Data of iodized salt surveillance in sub-package and wholesale enterprises from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed, [Results]The qualified rate was 96.77 %. The mean of iodized salt was between 27.72 mg/kg and 30. 80 mg/kg. There was a difference between the means of iodine content in difference batch of iodized salt （ P〉0. 01）. There was no difference of the qualified rate of iodized salt in different years（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The qualified rate of iodized salt in production and processing enterprise was higher. Sampling should be standardized in order to make the samples have the representativeness.
