高效氟氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶抑制作用研究

摘    要:[目的]通过研究高效氟氯氰菊酯与德国小蠊谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶(GSTs)活性水平的量效与时效关系,进一步完善高效氟氯氰菊酯作用机制的研究,为德国小蠊的防制工作提供理论基础和参考方法。[方法]参照国标GB13917.1~8—92《农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验方法》喷施一定剂量不同浓度的高效氟氯氰菊酯,用谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶测定试剂盒测定德国小蠊GSTs活性。[结果]从药物处理后144h内GSTs相对活性水平来看,药物的抑制作用与高效氟氯氰菊酯的浓度具有一定的关系,但高效氟氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶的抑制从总体上看不是很显著。[结果]GSTs敏感度降低而产生的靶标抗性可能是德国小蠊对高效氟氯氰菊酯产生抗药性的原因之一,德国小蠊GSTs活性水平可做为对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性水平检测参考的指标之一。

Inhibition of Bate-cyfluthrinon Glutathione S-transferases of Blattella Germanica

Abstract:[Objective] To more perfectly understand the operational mechanisms of bate-cyfluthrin and provide theoretical basis and useful methods by researching dosage effect and time effect between bate-cyfluthrin and glutathione S-transferases(GSTs) activities in Blattella germanica. [Methods]The inductive effects of high bate-cyfluthrin on GSTs of Blattella germanica was tested,bate-cyfluthrin in different concentration was sprayed on the cockroach B. germanica accordingto GB13917.1-8-92 standard and the GSTs activities was detected by GSTs kit. [Results]The inductive effect and the concentration of bate-cyfluthrin have a relationship, which was inductive effect of GSTs in cockroach depending on time and concentration of bate-cyfluthrin appeared within 144h after sprayed. Nevertheless repression of bate-cyfluthrin on GSTs of Battella germanica is not significant from universe of view. [Conclusion]GSTs is a probability one target of batecyfluthrin Blattella germanica. Because of sensitivity decrease of GSTs,target resistance may be one of the important resistant mechanisms to bate-cyfluthrin. The activity of GSTs in Blattella germanica may be referred in one of the indices for determining resistant level to pyrethroid insecticides.
