2007年贡山县公共场所与饮食服务行业从业人员HBV感染检测分析

[目的]了解贡山县各服务从业人员乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染状况，为预防乙肝提供参考。[方法]对2007年到贡山县疾病预防控制中心办理预防性健康体检合格证的公共场所与饮食服务行业从业人员HBV检测资料进行分析。[结果]检测733人，检出HBV感染者17例，感染率为2．32％，抗-HBs阳性率为0．41％。其中，HBsAg阳性率为2．32％。HBeAg阳性率为0．55％．抗-HBc阳性率为1．91％，抗-HBe阳性率为0．81％；“大三阳”4例，“小三阳”6例。HBsAg、抗-HBc阳性7例。HBV感染率．公共场所、服务行业人员为5．65％．饮食服务行业人员为1．64％（P〈0．05）；男女之间、县城与乡村之间、不同年龄之间、汉族与少数民族之问HBV感染率的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]贡山县公共场所与饮食服务行业从业人员HBV感染率较低，抗-HBs阳性率也较低。

Analysis of HBV Infection among Employees in Public Places and Catering Trade in Gongshan County in 2007

[Objective]To understand the status of HBV infection among employees of service industry in Gongshan county,provide the reference for hepatitis B prevention. [Methods]HBV examination data of the employees from public places and catering trade,who had physical examination in Gongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2007 were analyzed,[Results]Of the 733 employees tested, 17 of them were infected with HBV,aecounting for 2. 32%, the positive rate of Anti-HBs was 0. 41%, of them, the positive rate of HBsAg was 2.32 %, HBeAg was 0.55 %, Anti-HBc was 1.91 % ,Anti-HBe was 0. 81 %;4 of them were positive for HBsAg, HBeAg and Anti-HBc, 6 of them were positive for HBsAg,Anti-HBe and Anti-HBc, 7 of them were positive for HBsAg and Anti-HBc. The infection rate of HBV was 5.65% and 1.64% in the employees from public places and catering trade（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no difference of the infection rate between male and female, county and rural areas, different aged group, Han and Minority nationality（ P 0. 05）. [Conclusion]The infection rate of HBV and positive rate for Anti-HBs was lower among the employees in public places and catering trade in Gongshan county.
