2006～2007年广州铁路辖区体检人员乙肝病毒感染检测资料分析

目的]了解广州铁路地区不同职业人员乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染状况及感染模式,为制定有效的防治对策和措施提供科学依据。方法]对2006-2007年在广州铁路疾病预防控制中心参加职业体检人员HBV感染指标和肝功能检测资料进行分析。结果]2年合计检测2 837人,HBsAg阳性率为10.43%,丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高率为1.97%。HBsAg阳性率,2006年为10.14%,2007年为10.65%（P〉0.05）;铁路沿线职工为12.09%,机关办公室人员为6.74%（P〈0.01）;广梅汕地区为10.03%,深圳地区为12.71%,广州地区为9.02%（P〈0.05）。HBsAg阳性的296例中,HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性的占12.84%,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性的占62.16%,HBsAg、抗-HBc阳性的占22.30%,其他5种感染类型的占2.70%。结论]铁路沿线基层工人HBsAg阳性率较高。

Data Analysis of the Examination of HBV Infection among Employees under Guangzhou Railway Bureau from 2006 to 2007

Objective]To understand the status of H13V infection and mode among employees with different occupation under Guangzhou Railway Bureau, provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods]Examination data of HBV infection and liver function tested for employees in Guangzhou Railway Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed. Results]Of the 2 837 employees tested in 2 years,the positive rate of HB sAg was 10.43% ,the employees with raised ALT accounted for 1.97%. HBsAg positive rate was 10.14% in 2006 and 10.65%in 2007（ P 〉0.5） ,it was 12.09% among the employees working along the railway line,6.74% among the ofricers, it was 10.0 3 % , 12. 7 1 % and 9. 0 2 % respectivelyinGuangmeishan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou district （ P 〈 0. 0 5 ）. Of the 296 cases with positive HBsAg, HBsAg, HBeAg, ant-HBc positive accounted for 12. 84% , HBsAg, ant-HBe, ant- HBc positive accounted for 62.16 %, HBsAg, ant-HBc positive accounted for 22.30% ,other five infection types accounted for 2.70 %. Conclusion]HBsAg positive rate was higher among the workers working at grass-root units along the railway line.
