泸州市715例美沙酮维持治疗受治者资料分析

目的]了解接受美沙酮维持治疗受治者的行为特征，为在这类人群中更好地开展艾滋病防制提供依据。方法]对2006年3月至2008年8月，在泸州市疾病预防控制中心美沙酮社区药物维持治疗门诊接受美沙酮维持治疗的715名受治者进行调查。结果]715例中，男性占86．29％，HIV感染率为3．78％；27．69%与他人共用过吸毒针具，12．17％有多个性伴；最近1次性行为时安全套使用率为23．00％。结论]接受美沙酮维持治疗的受治者中存在HIV传播的高度危险性，应对该人群进行行为干预和艾滋病知识教育。

Data Analysis of 715 Methadone Maintenance Treatment Patients in Luzhou City

Objective]To understand the performance characteristics of methadone maintenance treatment patients, provide scientific basis for better AIDS prevention and control among the target population. Methods] Investigation was conducted for 715 methadone maintenance treatment patients treated in drug maintenance clinic of methadone community of Luzhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March 2006 to August 2008. Results]Of the 715 cases, male accounted for 86.29 %0, HIV infection rate accounted for 3.78 %, 27.69 % of them shared drug needles with others,12. 17% of them had more than one partners. The condom use rate was 23.00% at the last time when had sex behavior. Conclusion]The prevalence of HIV was high among methadone maintenance treatment patients. Behavior intervention and health education must be conducted for the target population.
