2008年潍坊市中学健康教育教师和学生艾滋病健康教育效果评价

目的]了解中学健康教育教师和学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率。方法]2008年4～8月，在452所中学举办了中学健康教育教师艾滋病防治知识培训班，向在校中学生发放《青少年预防艾滋病基本知识》手册，开设艾滋病健康教育课，并于培训前后进行艾滋病防治知识知晓率调查。结果]健康教育教师培训前后艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为86．97％（640／736）、100．00％（736／736），二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。初中发放《青少年预防艾滋病基本知识》手册和开课前后艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为64．88％（2365／36465和90．10％（3956／4390），二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。高中发放《青少年预防艾滋病基本知识》手册和开课前后艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为81．31％（2911／3566）和92．78％（3069／3308），二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]中学健康教育教师和中学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率培训后效果显著。

Evaluation on the Effect of AIDS Health Education among Teachers and Students of Middle Schools in Weifang City in 2008

Objective]To understand the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in health education teachers and students of middle schools. Methods]Training course of AIDS prevention and control knowledge were held in 452 middle schools from April to August in 2008. And all the students received ＂ handbook of AIDS Prevention and control knowledge to young people ＂,AIDS health education course was given to the students and the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was investigated before and after the education. Results]The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 86.97% （640/736） and 100.00% （736/736） in health education teachers before and after health education. There was a difference （ PG0. 01）. The awareness rate was 64, 88%（2 365/3 646）and 90. 10%（3 955/4 390） in junior high school students before and after the delivering of the handbooks and the health education course. There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. While the awareness rate was 81.31%（2 911/3 566）and 92.78%（3 069/3 308）in senior middle school students before and after the delivering of the handbooks and the health education course. There was a difference （ P〈0.01）, Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was improved a lot in health education teacher and students after the training.
