复方党参片耐缺氧的作用研究

摘    要:[目的]观察某复方党参片的耐缺氧作用,为复方党参片的临床新用途提供实验依据。[方法]采用小鼠常压耐缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠存活时间、断头小鼠张口动作持续时间模型观察某复方党参片的耐缺氧作用。[结果]0.33,1.00g/kg剂量组能延长急性脑缺血性缺氧小鼠的耐缺氧时间,0.33g/kg剂量组能延长亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠的存活时间。[结论]在本次实验条件下,某复方党参片具有提高缺氧耐受力的功能。

Experiment Study of the Compound Tablets of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulat against Hypoxia

Abstract:[Objective]This study evaluate the Anti-hypoxia effect of the compound tablets of radix codonopsis pilosulat (rcp) ,provide experimental basis for clinical practice. [Methods]The survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia,and the subiected to NaNO2 poisoning and the duration of continuous gasping in mice after decapitation were used to evaluate the anti-hypoxic effect of the compound tablets of rcp. [Results]The compound tablets of rcp (0.33,1.00g/kg) prolonged the survival time in mice subjected to NaNO2 poisoning and prolonged the time of the duration of gasping in decapitated mice. [Conclusion]The compound tablets of rcp can increase the anti-hypoxic of animals.
