对慢性乙型肝炎住院患者实施行为和心理干预的效果观察

[目的]探讨对慢性乙型肝炎住院患者实施行为和心理干预的效果。[方法]对2006年8月至2008年7月在泰山医学院附属医院住院的162例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行调查，并对其中82例针对不良的生活方式和心理压力进行干预。[结果]具有不良饮食、保健知识缺乏、具有自身压力、具有周围压力、具有社会压力者所占比例，人院时干预组与对照组的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），出院时干预组明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；出院时，知晓乙肝传播途径、消毒知识知晓与自我隔离、饮食保健、合理休息、自我保健信念建立者所占比例，干预组均高于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]所采取的行为和心理干预措施可以减轻慢性乙肝患者的心理压力，提高自我保健能力．

The Effect Observation of the Psychological and Behavioral Interventions to Chronic Hepatitis B Patients in Hospital

[Objective]To explore the behavioral and psychological intervention effect of quality of life in patients with hepatitis B. [Methods]162 eases of hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B were investigate form August 2006 to July 2008 in Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College and 82 cases of patients in the experiment group were given behavioral and psychological intervention according to their unhealthy life styles and mental pressure. [Results]The proportion of intervention group and control group had no statistically significant differences in patients with unfit diet,lack of health knowledge, self-pressure peripheral pressure and social pressure（ P 〉0.05）. When discharged from hospital, the intervention group was significantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The known intervention group patients, transmission route of hepatitis B,disinfection and self-isolation,healthy diet self-care belief and reasonable scale were higher than control group（ P 〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The ways taken by the behavioral and psychological interventions could alleviate the patients with chronic hepatitis B psychological pressure and improve self-care ability.
