2000～2007年天柱县伤寒资料分析

目的]探讨天柱县伤寒副伤寒（伤寒）流行特征,为制订伤寒防治策略提供科学依据。方法]对天柱县2000-2007年伤寒疫情与监测资料进行分析。结果]2000-2007年天柱县合计报告伤寒1 281例（伤寒1 252例、甲型副伤寒25例、乙型副伤寒4例）,年均发病率为40.08/10万,各年发病率（/10万）分别为98.39、57.67、50.47、66.24、27.42、5.54、21.55、2.16。2000-2007年年均发病率（/10万）,男性为47.30,女性为31.92;0-4岁为46.56,5-19岁为31.62,20-39岁为52.09,40-59岁为37.02,60岁以上为27.53。5-10月发病953例,占全部病人的74.40%。合计发生3起暴发疫情,发病80例,2起为水型,1起为食物型和日常生活接触型。结论]天柱县伤寒疫情呈逐年下降趋势,男性、20-39岁为高发人群。

Data Analysis of Typhoid Fever in Tianzhu County from 2000 to 2007

Objective]To explore the epidemic characteristic of typhoid fever and para-typhoid fever（typhoid fever） in Tianzhu county,provide scientific basis for making strategies of typhoid fever prevention and control. Methods]Surveillance data of typhoid fever in Tianzhu county from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed. Resulls] 1281 typhoid fever cases were reported in Tianzhu county from 2000 to 2007 （1 252 typhoid fever cases,25 A type para-typhoid fever cases and 4 B type para -typhoidfevercases）. Theaverageyearlyincidenceoftyphoidfeverwas 40.08 / 100 000, Theincidencewas98. 39/100 000, 57.67/100 000,50.47/100 000,66.24/100 000,27.42/100 000,5.54/100 000,21.55/100 000 and 2. 16/100 000 in each year, The average yearly incidence was 47.30/100 000 in male and 31.92/100 000 in female. The people aged from 0 to 4, 5 to19,20 to 39,40 to 59 and over 60 accounted for 46.56/100 000,31.62/100 000,52.09/100 000,37.02/100 000 and 27.53/100 000 respectively. 653 cases were reported from May to September,accounting for 74.40 %. Of the 3 outbreak, 80 cases were reported,2 were water-borne and l was food-borne and daily contact type. Conclusion]The prevalence of typhoid fever was going down year by year in Tianzhu county,the female aged from 20 to 39 was the high risk population.
