2006年天津市河北区城区居民膳食营养状况调查

目的]了解城区居民膳食营养摄入状况，指导居民科学合理膳食。方法]2006年9～11月，在天津市河北区抽取部分城区居民，采用连续3d膳食回顾法及调味品称重法进行膳食营养调查。结果]调查社区居民889人，与中国居民平衡膳食宝塔比较，谷类、蔬菜、鱼虾类、蛋类、豆类摄入比较适宜，畜禽肉、油脂、食盐摄入过量，水果、奶类的摄入量不足。胆固醇、钠等过多，热量、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素C、视黄醇、钙、锌、膳食纤维偏低；热能来源基本符合膳食推荐摄入量（RNIs）；摄入的脂肪中，来自动物性食品的所占比例略高于RNIs。结论]天津市河北区城区居民膳食结构基本合理，需要进一步优化。

Investigation on Dietary Nutrition among Urban Residents in Hebei District of Tianjin City in 2006

Objective]To understand dietary nutritional status among urban residents and to scientifically guide the reasonable diet. Methods]From September to November in 2006,some urban residents in Hebei district of Tianjin were sampled. Twenty four hours dietary recalled method and weighed method for 3 consecutive days were used to collect dietary information by multi-stage random sampling method. Results] 889 community residents were investigated. Compared with dietary pyramid, the results were showed that it was more appropriate for the intake of cereals, vegetables, fish and shrimp category, eggs, beans. Excessive in meat, fats and salt. Less in fruits and milk. Cholesterol, sodium were excessive. Some nutrition elements were deficiency in energy, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin C, retinol, calcium, zinc and diet fiber. Major energy nutrition elements were basically lined with RNIs. The energy contribution from fat was higher than RNIs. Conclusion]The dietary pattern of urban residents was basically reasonable and need to be further optimized.
