2007年攀枝花市法定报告传染病疫情分析

摘    要:目的]分析2007年攀枝花市法定传染病疫情情况,为制定传染病防制策略提供科学依据。方法]对2007年攀枝花市法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2007年攀枝花市共报告法定传染病18种、8365例,死亡18例,年发病率为765.86/10万,病死率为0.22%。其中,乙类传染病报告11种、5276例,发病率为482.50/10万;丙类传染病报告7种、3095例,发病率为283.36/10万。报告病种发病率(/10万):其他感染性腹泻为167.18,痢疾为166.54,病毒性肝炎为125.71,流行性腮腺炎为93.29,肺结核为76.54,麻疹为40.28,淋病为33.05,梅毒为22.52,风疹为17.76,猩红热为14.47;艾滋病为1.01。结论]攀枝花市传染病发病率较高,发病以肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病为主。

Analysis of the Epidemic of Notifiable Communicable Diseases in Panzhihua City in 2007

Abstract:Objective]To analyze the epidemic situation of notifiable communicable diseases of Panzhihua city in 2007,and provide scientific basis for formulating strategies to prevent and control the communicable diseases. Methods]Epidemicdata of notifiable communicable diseases reported in Panzhihua city in 2007 were analyzed. Results ] In 2007 , a total of 8 365 cases in 18 categories of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in Panzhihua city with an incidence rate of 765.86 /100 000,18 cases died,the fatality rate was 0. 22%. Including 5 270 cases in 11 categories of Type B with an incidence rate of 482.50/100 000 ,and 3 095 cases in 7-categories of Type C with an incidence rate of 283.36/100 000. The incidence rate of other communicable diseases(/100 000): diarrhea was 167.18, desentry was 166.54, viral hepatitis was 125.71,epidemic mumps was 93.29, tuberculosis was 76.54, measles was 40.28, gonorrhea was 33.05, syphilis was 22.52, rubella was 17.76,scarlet fever was 14.47, AIDS was 1.01. Conclusion]The incidence rate of communicable diseases was high in Panzhihua city,mainly composed with intestinal communicable diseases and respiratory communicable diseases.
