促乳饮的促进泌乳功能实验研究

摘    要:[目的]研究促乳饮的促进泌乳功能。[方法]采用超负荷哺乳模型法。设立阴性对照组和3个受试样品组。受试样品的人体推荐量为每天200ml/60kg体重,动物实验剂量设置为16.7、33.3、100.0ml/kg·bw组,分别相当于人体推荐摄人量的5倍、10倍、30倍。[结果]对照组、16.7、33,3、100ml/kg·bw组母鼠体重分别为:第7天,(55.95±4.64)、(54.44±3.87)、(56.60±3.92)、(56.11±5.46)g.第14天,(59.56士5.49)、(57.74±4.07)、(60.00±8.12)、(60.02±7.27)g;仔鼠体重分别为:第7天,(5.94±0.41)、(6.33±0.66)、(6.55±0.54)、(7.14士0.44)g,第14天,(9.44±1.59)、(10.95±1.72)、(11.39±0.81)、(11.80±0.85)g。[结论]在本次实验条件下,经口给予母鼠15d,第7天、14天各剂量组母鼠体重与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),仔鼠体重与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),提示所试样品具有一定的促进泌乳作用。

Test of Facilitating Milk Secretion Function of Chunruyin on Rats

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the facilitating milk secretion function of Chunruyin on rats. [Methods]Mmodels of the super-burden feeding were used. The mother mice were randomly divided into four groups including negative control group and three test groups. Chunruyin was administered to mice at dosages of 16.7,33. 3,100 ml/kg·bw by garage respectively for 30 d continuously. The mother rats at d 7 and d 14 after the garage were weighted, and so did the baby mice at d 7 and d 14 after the birth. [Results]The baby mice in the control group and the test groups at d 7 were weighted (5.94 ±0.41),(6.33±0. 66), (6.55±0. 54),and (7.14±0.44) respectively, and (9.44±1.59), (10.95±1.72), (11.39± 0.81) ,(11.80±0. 85) g at d 14 individually with a great statistical significance( P 〈0. 01). The body weights of the mother mice in the test group were similar to those of the control group, (55.95±4. 64), (54. 44± 3.87), (56.60± 3.92) ,(56. 11±5.46) g at d (7,59.56±5.49) ,(57.74±4. 07),(60.00±8. 12) ,(60. 02±7.27) g at d 14 ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]The results indicate the sample of Chunruyin can facilitate the milk secretion function on mice to a certain degree under the test condition.
