2006--2007年齐齐哈尔市猩红热流行特征分析

[目的]了解齐齐哈尔市猩红热的流行特征，为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对齐齐哈尔市2006～2007年猩红热疫情资料进行分析。[结果]齐齐哈尔市2006～2007年合计报告猩红热病人1103例，年均发病率为9．60／10万，无死亡病例。年发病率，2006年为10．07／10万，2007年为9．13110万。2006～2007年年均发病率，男性为10．95／10万，女性为8．20／10万（P〈0．01）；0～2岁为11．41／10万，3～6岁为198．64／10万，7～14岁为115．44／10万，15～49岁为0．76／10万（P〈0．01）；全市的西南部7个县（区）平均为28．15／10万，其他9个县（区）平均为2．93／10万。10～12月合计发病500例，占全年总数的45．33％。[结论]齐齐哈尔市2006-2007年猩红热疫情呈上升趋势，3～14岁为高发人群，10～12月为高发季节。

Analysis on Epidemic Characteristics of Scarlet Fever in Qiqihar City from Z006 to 2007

[Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristics of scarlet fever in Qiqihar so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. [Methods]The epidemic data of scarlet fever in Qiqihar from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results]l 103 cases of scarlet fever were reported with no deaths in Qiqihar from 2006 to 2007, the average incidence rate was 9.60/100 000,the incidence rate was 10.07/100 000 in 2006 and 9.13/100 000 in 2007. From 2006 to 2007 the average incidence rate of male was 10.95/100 000,and female was 8.20/100 000（ P 〈0.01）. The average incidence rate in the 0-2 age groups was 11.41/100 000,3-6 age groups 198.64/100 000,7-14 age groups 115.44/100 000 and 15-49 age groups 0. 76/100 000（ P 〈0. 01）;The average incidence rate in the southwestern seven districts was 28.15/100 000,in the other nine districts was 2.93/100 000. 500 cases were reported from October to December,accounting for 45.33% of the total cases. [Conclusion]The epidemic of scarlet fever in Qiqihar city from 2006 to 2007 was upward. The highest prevalence age groups were 3-14 age groups. The highest prevalence season was October to December.
