2006年某部维和部队官兵白破疫苗接种效果分析

目的]了解维和部队官兵接种白破疫苗后的免疫效果,提高部队官兵的免疫水平,预防相应传染病的发生。方法]2006年,对某部赴苏丹维和部队官兵接种白破疫苗后的免疫效果进行跟踪调查。结果]干部组（60人）与战士组（70人）接种疫苗后的副反应发生率分别为13.33%、8.57%（P〉0.05）。接种疫苗前、接种疫苗32 d后2、90 d后,血清白喉IgG抗体阳性率,干部组分别为70.00%、98.33%、91.67%,战士组分别为92.85%、98.57%、95.71%,新兵（对照组,82人）抗体阳性率为59.75%;血清破伤风IgG抗体阳性率,干部组分别为66.67%、96.67%、95.00%,战士组分别为94.28%、98.57%、97.14%,新兵组为51.21%。执行维和任务期间,干部组与战士组中均无白喉、破伤风病例发生。结论]在维和部队出国前接种白破疫苗可以提高官兵的白喉、破伤风抗体水平,预防相应疾病的发生。

Analysis of the Effect of Diphtheria-Tetanus Immunization in Peacekeeping Force in 2006

Objective]To understand the effect of diphtheria-tetanus immunization in peacekeeping force,improve immunization level of the target population,prevent the prevalence of related diseases.Methods]Follow-up investigation on the effect of diphtheria-tetanus immunization was conducted for peacekeeping force for Sudan in 2006.Results]The rate of side effect was 13.33% and 8.57% after immunization among military cadres（60） and soldiers（70）.The positive rate of serum IgG antibody against diphtheria was 70.00%、98.33% and 91.67% respectively before immunization and 32,290 days after vaccination in cadres and 92.85%、98.57%、95.71% in soldiers.The positive rate was 59.75% in new soldiers（82 in control group）.The positive rate of serum IgG antibody against tetanus was 66.67%、96.67% and 95.00% respectively in cadres group while it was 94.28%、98.57% and 97.14% respectively in soldiers group,51.25% in new soldiers group.No diphtheria and tetanus case was detected during peacekeeping mission.Conclusion]Antibody level against diphtheria,tetanus was improved after immunization before leaving for peacekeeping,the prevalence of related disease was prevented.
