| 摘 要： | [目的]提高HIV抗体筛查实验室的检测工作质量。[方法]2007年对43家HIV抗体筛查实验室发放一套考评血清（5份），结合各实验室检测月报情况综合评分。[结果]43家实验室5份质评血清检测结果全部符合。其中优秀41家；良好2家。[结论]青岛市艾滋病筛查实验室HIV抗体检测技术总体水平较好，能够满足本市艾滋病筛查工作的需要。部分实验室质控体系有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To improve the HIV antibody detection quality of the HIV-screening laboratories in Qingdao municipality. [Methods]A serum panel was administrated; to evaluate detection quality with serum panel result and status of monthly detection report of all 43 labs. [Results]Either the coincidence rate of positive or the coincidence rate of negative from 43 labs is 100%. 41 excellent labs and 2 nicer labs were identified. [Conclusion]All the 43 labs in the municipality can meet the requirements for HIV antibody detection, while some laboratories still need better quality management system. |
