2005-2007年武城县各级医疗机构消毒监测分析

[目的]为了解武城县各级医疗机构消毒效果情况，提出改进措施，防止医源性疾病的传播。[方法]按GB15982—1995（（医院消毒卫生标准》对武城县2005～2007年辖区内各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行检测。[结果]2005～2007年合计检测3318份样品，合格率为68．47％（2272／3318）。2005～2007年合格率分别为60．72％、63．41％、77．08％，呈逐年上升的趋势，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。检测的样品中，合格率最低的为空气56．39％（366／649），最高为高压灭菌物品98．61％（213／216），不同样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；县级医院、乡镇卫生院、和村级卫生室的合格率分别为81.34％（654／804）、74．19％（207／279）和63．13％（1411／2235），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]武城县各级医疗机构消毒检测合格率呈逐年上升趋势，应继续加强监督、检测频次，尤其对室内环境空气、医护人员手的卫生消毒等。

Analysis of Disinfection Surveillance in Medical Institutions in Wucheng County from 2005 to 2007

[Objective]To understand disinfection effect in medical institutions at different levels in Wucheng county, provide effective improvement measures, prevent the prevalence of iatrogenic diseases. [Methods] Disinfection effect was tested in medical institutions at different levels from 2005 to 2007 in the county based on GB 15982-1995 ＂ Hygienic standard of hospital disinfection＂. [Results]3 318 samples were tested from 2005 to 2007,of them, the qualified rate was 68. 470/00（2 272/3 318）. The qualified rate was 60.72%,63.41%,77.08% from 2005 to 2007 respectively. The qualified rate was going up year after year,there was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. Of the samples tested, air was the lowest qualified rate 56.39 % （366/649）. The qualified rate was the highest in pressure sterilized materials 98.61% （213/216）. There was a difference of the qualified rate in different samples （ P 〈0.01）. The qualified rate in hospitals at county level,town clinics and village clinics was 81.84% （654/804）,74. 19% （207/279） and 63.13% （1 411/2 235）respectively. There was a difference （ P 〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions at different levels in the county was going up year after year. Supervision and examination must be strengthened. More attention must be paid to indoor air and hands disinfection for medical employees.
