摘    要:目的]了解李沧区0~5岁儿童血铅水平。方法]对2007年5月至2008年6月在青岛市李沧区妇幼保健所查体的1178名0~5岁儿童血铅检测结果进行分析。结果]检测1178名儿童,血铅为7~211μg/L,平均47.08μg/L,≥100μg/L者78例,铅中毒检出率为6.62%。血铅均值(μg/L),男童为48.48,女童为45.42(P〈0.01);入园儿童为50.53,散居儿童为43.09(P〈0.01);郊区、城区、工业区儿童分别为41.54、43.36、54.64(P〈0.01);不同年龄儿童的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。铅中毒检出率,男童为8.16%,女童为4.81%(P〈0.05);入园组为8.72%,散居组为3.31%(P〈0.05);郊区、城区、工业区儿童分别为3.49%、5.97%、10.26%(P〈0.01);不同年龄的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论]李沧区0~5岁儿童血铅水平和铅中毒率处于青岛市一般水平,随着年龄的增长而增高。

Abstract:Objective]To understand blood lead level among children aged from 0 to 5 in Licang district. Methods] Blood lead examination results tested in Licang Institute for Maternal and Child Health eare from May 2007 to June 2008 among 1 178 children aged from 0 to 5 were analyzed. Results]Of the 1 178 children tested,blood lead level was 7-211 μg/ L, the average level was 47.08 μg/L, blood lead level≥ 100 μg/L was among 78 children. The detection rate of lead poisoning was 6.62%. Mean blood lead (μg/L) was 48.48 in boys and 45.42 in girls ( P 〈0.01) ,kindergarten children were 50.53 ,living scattered ones were 43.09( P 〈0.01). It was 41.54,43.36 and 54.64( P 〈0.01) among children living in suburbs, urban,industrial area. There was a difference in different aged groups ( P 〈0.05). Lead poisoning detection rate accounted for 8.16% in boys and 4.81% in girls ( P 〈0.05),kindergarten children accounted for 8.72% ,the children living scattered accounted for 3.31 %( P 〈0.05) ; the children living in suburbs, urban and industrial area accounted for 3.49%,5.97% and 10.26% ( P 〈0.01) respectively. There was a difference( P 〈0. 05).Conclusion]The status of blood lead levels and lead poisoning among children aged from 0 to 5 was in the general level in Qingdao city,it increased along with the increase of the age.
