尿微量白蛋白测定在糖尿病肾病早期的临床应用

目的]探讨尿微量白蛋白对糖尿病肾病早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法]收集早晨第一次清洁中段尿，采用免疫比浊法，在日立全自动生化分析仪上测定62名糖尿病患者的尿微量白蛋白，并与78名正常健康者（2008年7月至10月来我院体检，排除肾脏疾病、糖尿病、高血压、泌尿系统感染、妊娠及其他严重疾病的健康体检者）的比较。结果]62名糖尿病患者中检出尿微量白蛋白者22名，检出率为35．48％，检测78名正常对照者，2人检出尿微量白蛋白，检出率为2．56％。二着差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白检出率高，定期对糖尿病患者检测尿微量白蛋白的排出量，对发现糖尿病肾病早期肾损害有重要的诊断价值。

Clinical Application of Micro-Urine Albumin Assay on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective]To research the diagnostic value of Micro-Urine Albumin in Diabetic Nephropathy in the early renal damage. Methods]The first morning urine was collected, and the Micro-Urine Albumin was determined by immune transmission turbidity and using Hitachi full automatic biochemical analyzer in 62 diabetic patients and 78 control subjects and the result was compared. （who came to our hospital on July to October 2008 for examination, to exclude renal disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, urinary tract infections, pregnancy and other serious diseases）. Results]Among 62 diabetic patients, 22 cases （35.48%） had Micro-Urine Albumin in urine, among 78 cases of normal control group,2 cases （2.56 %） had Micro -Urine Albumin. The difference between the two has statistical meaning （ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion] there is a high incidence for Diabetes Mellitus with Micro-Urine Albumin. Regular examination of the removal amount of Micro-Urine Albumin in Diabetic patients has a very significant diagnostic value for find Diabetic Nephropathy in the early renal damage.
