济南市2007年流行性腮腺炎病例血清腮腺炎病毒抗体检测结果分析

[目的]了解济南市腮腺炎的流行特征，为控制腮腺炎提供依据。[方法]对2。07年济南市各区（市、县）医疗机构诊断为腮腺炎的全部病例进行血清腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体检测。[结果]检测血清493份，腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性的217份，阳性率为44．01％。腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性率，城区为32．55％，城乡结合处为26．19％，农村为62．76％（P〈0．01）；1～3月为27．94％，4～7月为40．47％，8～9月为43．48％，10～12月为57．45％（P〈0．01）；1～3岁为16．D0％·4～12岁为45．89％，13～20岁为56．58％，21～68岁为41．18％（P〈0．01）；托幼儿童为24．56％，小学生为49．60％，中学生为53．62％，成人为46．55％（P〈0．01）。[结论]济南市腮腺炎全年均有发病，发病人群主要为中小学生和托幼儿童，腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性率农村高于城区和城乡结合处。

Analysis of the Examination Results of the Antibody in Serum among Epidemic Mumps Cases in Jinan. 2007

[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristic of mumps in Ji＇nan and provide scientific basis for control of the disease. [Methods]A serological test was performed to confirm the positive IgM for mumps cases diagnosed in different medical institutions in Ji＇nan in 2007. [Results]Of the 493 serum samples tested, 217 of them were positive for mumps IgM, accounting for 44.01%. Positive rate of mumps IgM antibody was 32.55% in urban areas, 26.19 % in urban and rural junction,62.76% in rural areas（ P〈0.01）.The positive rate was 27. 94% from Jan to Mar,40.47% fromApr to Jul,43.48% from Aug to Sep, 57.45% from Oct to Dec（P d0.01）,The positive rate was 16.00%, 45.89%,56.58% and 41.18% respectively in the people aged from 1 to 3,4 to 12,13-20,21-68 years old（ P 〈0.01）. The positive rate was 24.56%,49.60%, 53.62 % and 46.55 % respectively in kindergarten children, primary school students, middle school students and adults （ P 〈0.01）. [Concluslon]The prevalence of mumps occurred all the year round in Ji＇nan, and among primary, middle school students and kindergarten children. Positive rate of mumps IgM antibody was higher in rural areas than that in urban areas and the junction of urban and rural area.
