| 摘 要： | 目的：提高以不明原因发热（FUO）为主要表现的淋巴瘤的诊断水平。方法：通过3例病理证实的以FUO为主要表现的恶性淋巴瘤的病例分析，结合文献，对淋巴瘤的血液学检查、各无创有创检查手段的选择及应用价值进行分析。结果：对于长期FUO患者，18F-FDGPET筛查淋巴瘤具有独特价值，通过包括淋巴结、骨髓活检、脾活检等在内的活组织检查是淋巴瘤确诊的有效途径。结论：以长期FUO为主要表现的淋巴瘤临床缺乏特异性，易延误诊断，确诊取决于组织病理学证据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis of lymphamas in FUO cases. Methods:Three patients with lymphomas and FUO confirmed by pathology were presented and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Also,laboratory tests,invasive and non-invasive procedures were analysed. Results:18F-FDG PET imaging appears to be a valuable imaging procedure for screening of lymphoma in FUO cases.
