| 摘 要： | 从字义演进轨迹入手,探析“象”之含义、藏象之“象”的概念与分类。指出藏象之“象”有多重含义,既指脏腑的具体形态,又指脏腑生理功能、病理变化反映于外之表现,同时具有取象思维之特点。认为藏象之“象”,可分为“形质之象”、“生理之象”、“病理之象”、“自然之象”四大类。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the connotation of visceral manifestation,and suggests that it has many significances, not only refers to the objective configuration of zang-fu, but also the outward manifestations of physiological functions and pathological changes of the visceras, with the characteristic of the thought mode which deducing the essential from its appearance. Visceral manifestation can be divided into four categories, including that of form quality, physiology, pathology, and nature. |
