肺部炎性假瘤12例

目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的临床特点、诊断和外科治疗。方法对1987--2004年共52例肺部炎性假瘤患的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组均行手术治疗，无术后并发症和死亡。术前无一列确诊，29例疑为肺癌，12例疑为结核和良性肿瘤，10例疑为肺炎性假瘤，1例疑为纵隔肿瘤。结论该病病程长，症状轻，单从症状和影像学检查上很难鉴别，穿刺活检和纤维支气管镜检查有助于诊断和鉴别诊断。肺部炎性假瘤虽属良性，但应尽早手术，以局部切除为主，尽可能多的保留正常肺组织。

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment 52 Cases of Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudotumor

Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and surgical treatment of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods From 1987 to 2003, the clinical data in 52 patients with lung inflammatory pseudotumor were etrospectively analyzed. Results 52 patients with in this series were all treated surgically. There was neither ope rative mortality nor serious complication. All cases were no definite diagnosis made before operation. 29cases were suspected lung cancer,12 for begin ortuberculosis ,10 for pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor, 1 for mediastionalmor.Conclusion lt is difficult to differential diagnosis clinical express and radionlogie, pulmonary puncture and bronchoscope biopsy may be helpful to diagniosis and diferential diagnosis .Surgical treatment of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor should be preformen as early as possible.Simple resection and lobectomy was a better aperative approach for treatment of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.
