急性胰腺炎时T淋巴细胞亚群的改变与细菌移位的关系

目的:探讨重型急性胰腺炎(Severeacutepancreatitis,SAP)免疫功能的变化与细菌移位的关系。方法:将Wistar大鼠20只随机分成两组:SAP模型组(M组,n=10),对照组(C组,n=10)。以牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管内注射诱发大鼠SAP模型,流式细胞仪检测大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+细胞百分比并计算CD4+/CD8+的值;对血液、胰腺和肠系膜淋巴结进行细菌培养。结果:①重型胰腺炎血中CD4+细胞数以及CD4+/CD8+值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。M组细菌培养阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:①胰腺炎时存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。②肠细菌移位与机体的细胞免疫功能紊乱有关。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHANGES OF IMMUN FUNCTIONAND THE BACTERIAL DISPLACEMENT IN EXPERIMENTAL ACUTE PANCREATITIS IN RATS

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of immune function and the bacterial translocation in experimental severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) in rats. Methods: Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: models group of SAP(M,n=10);control group(C,n=10). SAP group were induced by injecting adversely 5 % sodium taurocholate into the common biliary-pancreatic duct. The per-centages of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte were determined by theflow cytometry. Bacterial culture in pancreas,blood and mensentericlymph nodes(MLN) were made. Results: Thepercentages of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ratio in SAP group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01). However the positive ratesofcultured bacteria were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: ①There exists damage of cellular immunity function in pancreatitis;②There is relationship betweenintestinal bacterial translocation and damage of cellular immune function.
