气囊导尿管自动排尿脱管法的护理研究

目的探讨双腔气囊导尿管拔管的新方法.方法将骨科、外科术后留置气囊导尿管的男患者100例,按住院号顺序分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组应用自动脱管法脱出导尿管,对照组按常规方法拔除留置导尿管,观察和比较两组患者拔管或脱管时疼痛程度和拔管、脱管后排尿情况.结果观察组脱管时疼痛明显低于对照组(P＜0.0001),脱管后的尿路刺激征亦低于对照组(P＜0.0001),差异有统计学意义.结论用自动排尿脱管法脱出男患者留置的气囊导尿管是一种简单、有效、易操作的方法,可以有效地减轻患者疼痛和减少拔管后尿路刺激征发生.

Study of removing Foley's catheter while micturating

Objective To study a new way of removing Foley's catheter.Method 100 male patients who received indwelling catheter after operation,were divided into two groups.Patients of the observation group were pulled out of Foley's catheter while micturating.Patients of contrasting group received routine way of removing Foley's catheter.Then the degree of pain and other symptom of micturition between two groups were compared.Result After removing Foley's catheter,the degree of pain of micturiong and complication were less in the observation group.Conclusion The way of pulling out of Foley's catheter while micturating which male patient received,is simple,effective,and minimal-invasion.It is worth using widely.
