| 摘 要： | 目的:比较蠲痹汤传统汤剂提取工艺与大生产提取工艺。方法:以5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、芍药苷、多糖、浸膏率为指标进行提取工艺比较。结果:确定的大生产提取工艺中各指标的提取量显著优于传统汤剂,且各成分的比例与传统汤剂中的比例非常接近。结论:蠲痹汤确定的大生产提取工艺合理。
