| 摘 要： | 目的:观察葛根素治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均维持控制饮食、降糖药或胰岛素治疗,治疗组加用葛根素注射液250 mL/d,2次/d,21 d为1疗程,观察血糖及尿UAE结果。结果:治疗组尿UAE明显降低,与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论:葛根素注射液能改善早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白疗效明显,安全性较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe therapeutic efficavy of puerarin in the early diabetes with nephropathy.Methods:Sixty patients with early diabetes accompanied by nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.All patients had to control their diet or take insulin for reducing suger level.In order to observe the results of blood suger and urine UAE,the patients in experimental group were injected Puerarin 250 mL/d,twice a day for 21 days in one period of treatment.Results:By comparison,the urine UAE of experimental group was obviously reduced with statistical significance.Conclusion:The Puerarin injection has distinct curative effect for the patients with early diabetes and nephropathy,as well as higher safety. |
