戊酸雌二醇用于宫腔镜术后防止宫腔粘连的疗效观察

目的:评价戊酸雌二醇用于术后防止宫腔粘连的效果。方法:5例子宫纵隔、1例弓形子宫、14例宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜检查和治疗后,放置宫内避孕环,术后加用戊酸雌二醇(多数每日9 mg,连续3个月);定期随诊,治疗结束后复查肝功、取出宫内避孕环,必要时同时行第2次宫腔镜检查。结果:所有患者均无明显的胃肠道副反应,复查肝功正常;5例患者行第2次宫腔镜检查,未见粘连带,术后1年内有2例妊娠。结论:在宫腔镜下行子宫不全纵隔切除和宫腔粘连分离术后,戊酸雌二醇是替代己烯雌酚防止宫腔粘连的有效药物选择。

Clinical observation of estradiol valerate for prevention of uterine adhesion after hysteroscopic therapy

Objective:To evaluate the effects of estradiol valerate for prevention of uterine adhesion after hysteroscopic therapy.Methods:5 cases of uterus septus,1 case of uterus arcuate and 14 cases of uterine synechia were examined and treated under hysteroscopy.The intrauterine devices(IUDs) were put during the operation and estradiol valerate(mostly 9 mg daily for 3 months) were given after the operation.All cases were followed-up.IUDs were taken out when treatment regime was finished and second time hysteroscopy were performed if necessary.Results:All cases had no severe gastrointestinal side-effects and hepatic functions were all in normal range after treatments.There was no synechia again in secondary hysteroscopic examination in all 5 cases.Two cases had pregnancies.Conclusion:Estradiol valerate is an effective alternative of diethylstilbestrol for prevention of uterine adhesion after hysteroscopic therapy.
