大学生一般自我效能感、应对方式与社交焦虑的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨大学生一般自我效能感、应对方式和社交焦虑的特点及相互关系,为大学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用一般自我效能感问卷(GSES)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)和社交焦虑问卷(IAS)对368名大学生进行测评。结果①不同性别大学生在一般自我效能感和解决问题应对方式中存在显著差异,但社交焦虑无显著性差异;理科、文科大学生的一般自我效能感差异不显著,但在社交焦虑和求助应对方式中差异显著。②一般自我效能感与社交焦虑存在显著负相关关系,解决问题和合理化应对方式与社交焦虑呈显著负相关,而自责与社交焦虑呈显著正相关。③通过多元线性回归分析,一般自我效能感和自责、合理化应对方式三变量对社交焦虑有显著的预测作用。结论大学生在一般自我效能感、社交焦虑和应对方式上表现出差异性,并且大学生的一般自我效能感、应对方式和社交焦虑存在相互关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore college student's characteristics of general self-efficacy,social anxiety and coping styles,and the relations among the three variables,and to provide basis for mental health education.Methods Three hundred and sixty-eight college students were evaluated with General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),and Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS).Results(1)There were significant differences between different genders in general self-efficacy and solving question coping style,but there were no significant differences in social anxiety;there were no significant differences in general self-efficacy and significant differences in social anxiety and help-seeking coping style between the liberal arts students and science major students.(2)General self-efficacy had negative correlated to social anxiety,self-accusation,help-seeking and fantasy the three kinds of coping styles,and had positive correlated to resolving question and rationalization coping style had negative correlated to social anxiety but self-accusation coping style had positive correlated to social anxiety.(3)By linear regression analyses,the three variables general self-efficacy,self-accusation coping style and rationalization coping style had significant predictive effect on social anxiety.Conclusion There were differences among college student's general self-efficacy,social anxiety and coping styles,and there were correlations among college student's general self-efficacy,coping styles and social anxiety.
