| 摘 要： | 目的：就西部基层医院开展药学咨询服务和药学咨询工作进行探索，促进合理用药和医院药房的发展，提高医院药师工作的社会价值。方法：通过对我院门诊药房开展药学咨询服务进行总结，探讨药学咨询服务的发展策略。结果：西部基层医院开展药学咨询服务和药学咨询工作可以提高服务质量。结论：本文就西部基层医院开展药学咨询服务进行的分析可以对其它基层医院开展此项工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the development of pharmaceutical information service in western primary hospital, promote ra- tional drug use and the development of hospital pharmacy, and improve pharmacists＇ social value. Method： To summarize phar- maceutical information service in outpatient pharmacy and discuss its development strategies. Result.. It can improve service quali- ty in western primary hospital. Conclusion： The analysis on pharmaceutical information service in western primary hospital can provide reference for other primary hospital. |
