十二指肠损伤48例诊治的分析

作者２０年来共收治４８例十二指肠损伤，其中开放性损伤１４例，闭合性损伤３４例。手术后并发症发生率为２８％，死亡率为１０．４％。作者强调重视术前辅助检查，减少漏诊。掌握好探查指征，合理选择术式以进一步降低并发症及死亡率。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Duodenal Injury

48 patients with duodenal injury consisted of 14 open injury patients and 34 closed injury patients were treated in our hospital in the past 20 years. The operative complication rate was 28 percent and the mortalist rate was 10.4 percent in these patients. In order to reduce the missed diangosis, preoperative accessory examination was very important. Mastering operative indication and selecing operative program correctly would reduce the complication and mortality.
