| 摘 要： | 在郑州市40岁以上人群糖尿病（DM）现况调查的基础上，对筛选出的206例DM家族史、脑力劳动、缺乏体育锻炼可能是DM患病的独立危险因子，其OR值分别为2．09、1．88、1．56。经非条件Logistic回归多因素分析结果显示：DM家族史和脑力劳动是DM患病的主要危险因子。

| Abstract: | According to data from Prevalence study on the middle-aged and old-aged population from Zhenghoucity, we analyed 206 Patiens with diabetes mellitus (DM)and 206 contarol subjects with normal blood glucose(NGT) by a Paired-matching case-control study. The results of singe-factor analysis demonstrated that family history of DM.mental labor.less physical training may serve as indepent risk factors of DM, their odds ratios(OR) were 2. 09, 1. 88, 1. 56 respetive. The results of unconditional logistic multivariate regression analysis demonstheted that family history of DM and mental labor were the main risk factors of DM. |
