| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨急性进展型脑梗死的治疗方法。方法]86例急性进展型脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例。治疗组用东菱克栓酶静脉滴注;对照组低分子肝素;两组病人均给予丹参和胞二磷胆碱作为基础治疗。结果]从治疗后第3天开始,治疗组ESS(欧洲卒中临床神经功能缺损评分)评分优于对照组(P0.05),至治疗后第14d,两组ESS评分相差更显著(P0.01)。治疗组血纤维蛋白原水平降低显著,不良反应轻微。结论]东菱克栓酶可比较迅速地终止急性进展型脑梗死患者的病情进展,明显加快其神经功能的康复,而且治疗时间窗宽广,安全性良好。
