| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尼美舒利致不良反应的特点。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库、万方科技期刊全文数据库1998～2011年中尼美舒利所致的不良反应文献,对其进行统计分析。结果：尼美舒利所引起的不良反应共计60例,ADR与年龄、性别有关,在妇女、儿童、中老年人中易于发生,临床表现主要为肝胆系统、泌尿系统、皮肤及附件的损害,有3例死亡。结论：临床应重视尼美舒利的不良反应,规范合理用药,保证患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by nimesulide. Methods:The literature related to the ADR induced by nimesulide reported during 1998-2011 retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database was analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 55 nimesulide-induced ADR cases were collected,of which, were related to patient’ s age and sex.Women,children and elder were prone to suffer from the ADRs.The major and severe clinical manifestations were the damage of liver and gall systems,urinary systems,skin and its appendages and with 3 cases died.Conclusion:Clinicians should pay attention to the ADRs induced by nimesulide standardize rational drug use and ensure medication safety. |
