摘    要:目的探讨时间-空间相关(STIC)技术辅助诊断室间隔缺损(VSD)的临床价值。方法对疑诊VSD的43胎胎儿先进行常规超声心动图检查,然后均加行STIC检查。对比常规超声与STIC技术联合常规超声诊断VSD的敏感度。结果产后确诊VSD 27胎。常规超声诊断19胎VSD,诊断敏感度为70.37%(19/27);单独使用STIC诊断VSD 20胎,诊断敏感度74.07%(20/27);STIC技术联合常规超声诊断VSD 25胎,诊断敏感度92.59%(25/27),与常规超声比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 STIC技术能为诊断胎儿VSD提供更多信息,可作为常规超声检查的补充。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) in auxiliary diagnosing ventricular septal defect (VSD). Methods Forty-three fetuses with suspected VSD were examined by routine ultrasound and routine ultrasound combined with STIC. The sensitivity of routine ultrasound in diagnosis of VSD was compared with that of routine ultrasound combined with STIC. Results VSD was confirmed in 27 fetuses after birth. Nineteen fetuses VSD were diagnosed with single routine ultrasound, the sensitivity was 70.37% (19/27), 20 were diagnosed with single STIC, the sensitivity was 74.07% (20/27), whole 25 were diagnosed with routine ultrasound combined with STIC, the sensitivity was 92.59% (25/27). There was significant difference between routine ultrasound and routine ultrasound combined with STIC (P<0.05). Conclusion STIC can provide more information of VSD, therefore can be used as a supplementary way of routine ultrasound for diagnosis of fetal VSD.
