超声联合热层析成像诊断乳腺癌的价值

摘    要:目的评价超声、热层析成像以及两者联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对114例乳腺疾病患者(共114个病灶)行超声和热层析成像检查,并与病理结果相比较。结果病理检测乳腺癌恶性43例,良性71例;超声正确检出恶性32例,良性53例;热层析正确检出恶性35例,良性45例;超声、热层析成像检出乳腺癌的敏感度、准确率分别是74.42%(32/43)、74.56%(85/114)和81.40%(35/43)、70.18%(80/114),二者联合应用检出乳腺癌的敏感度和准确率分别是95.35%(41/43)、86.84%(99/114)。结论联合应用超声和热层析成像有助于提高诊断乳腺癌的敏感度和准确率。

Abstract:Objective To assess the value of ultrasound combined with thermal texture maps in diagnosis of breast neoplasms. Methods Totally 114 patients (114 lesions) were examined with ultrasound and thermal texture maps, the results were compared with pathology. Results Of all the 114 patients, 43 patients were malignant and 71 benign diagnosed by pathology. Ultrasound correctly diagnosed 32 malignant and 53 benign lesions, thermal texture maps correctly diagnosed 35 malignant and 45 benign lesions. The sensitivity, accuracy of ultrasound and thermal texture maps was 74.42% (32/43), 74.56% (85/114) and 81.40% (35/43), 70.18% (80/114), respectively, and of combining two methods was 95.35% (41/43) and 86.84% (99/114). Conclusion Combining ultrasound and thermal texture maps can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of breast cancer.
