摘    要:目的:优选木瓜中齐墩果酸的微波辅助提取工艺.方法:以齐墩果酸得率为指标,选择乙醇体积分数、微波功率、粒径大小为自变量,采用响应面法分析各自变量及其交互作用对齐墩果酸得率的影响;采用HPLC测定齐墩果酸含量.结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数83%,微波功率229 W,粒径0.18 mm,此工艺条件下,齐墩果酸提取率6.33%,与理论预测值6.46%基本吻合.结论:该优选工艺简便可行,对木瓜中齐墩果酸提取条件优化有一定参考价值.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize microwave-assisted extraction process of oleanolic acid from Chaenomeles speciosa. Method: With yield of oleanolic acid as index,the concentration of ethanol, microwave power and particle size were selected as independent variables, effect of independent variables and their interaction on yield of oleanolic acid was analyzed by response surface methodology.The content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:the concentration of ethanol 83%, microwave power 229 W, particle size 0.18 mm, under these conditions,yield of oleanolic acid was 6.33%,which agreed with theoretical predicted value of 6.46%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was simple and feasible,it had a certain reference value for optimization of extraction condition for oleanolic acid from C. speciosa.
