广州市三级甲等医院产科护士脐血采集知识认知状况调查

目的针对产科护士脐血采集知识、技能的薄弱环节,提出可行性建议和对策,以提高脐血采集的质量。方法采用便利抽样法对广州市7所三级甲等医院共98名产科护士进行调查。结果产科护士脐血采集知识培训率59．55％,其中取得助产士资格的护士脐血采集知识培训率95．83％;本组得分为25～41（35．50±4．22）分;得分少于满分60．00％的有6人（6．74％）。产科护士对脐血采集知识回答正确率低于60．00％的项目是：采血针适宜穿刺的次数、供者需满足的条件、知情同意权、脐血质量有保证的最小孕周、脐血采集的结束步骤、采血针针头斜面的方向。结论广州市三级甲等医院产科护士对脐血采集知识的认知存在薄弱环节,应加强对产科护士的脐血采集培训,以多种方法普及采血知识。

Investigation on the knowledge of umbilical cord blood collection among nursing staff in obstetric department

Objective To investigate the knowledge and skills of umbilical cord blood collection among obstetric nurses,and to explore feasible suggestions and countermeasures aimed at the weak link,thereby to improve the quality of umbilical cord blood collection. Method Ninety - eight obstetric nurses from 7 Grade - Ⅲ Class - A hospitals in Guangzhou City were recruited by convenient sampling method and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results A ratio of 59.55% of the obstetric nurses received training about umbilical cord blood collection. 95.83% of nurses with qualification as midwives were trained. The average score of knowledge related to umbilical cord blood collection was （ 35.50 ±4.22 ） ranged from 25 to 41 points. 6.74% ofthem （6 persons） were failed. The items with a correct rate below 60.00% were ： the appropriate number of puncture, the donor screening stand- ards,informed consent right,the minimum gestational age of collecting qualified cord blood,last step of the cord blood collection and the inclined direction of the blood collection needle. Conclusion The knowledge and skills related to umbilical cord blood collection among obstetric nurses is still need to be improved. It is suggested to strengthen the training of knowledge and skills rlated to umbilical cord blood collection by multiple means for obstetric nurses.
