针 药结合治疗特发性震颤临床观察

目的观察针药结合治疗特发性震颤的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机对照试验方法,26例特发性震颤患者分为治疗组13例(给予针刺加西药治疗)和对照组13例(单纯西药治疗),进行6周临床观察。治疗前后分别进行震颤评分,并观察不良反应。结果两组治疗前后震颤评分自身对照差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.001);治疗组总有效率为84.6%,优于对照组的61.5%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应轻微。结论针药结合治疗特发性震颤是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation on combination of acupuncture with medication for treatment of spontaneous tremor

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect and safety of combination of acupuncture with medication for treatment of spontaneous tremor. Methods With randomized controlled trial method, 26 cases of spontaneous tremor were divided into a treatment group (n=13) treated with acupuncture plus western medicine, and a control group (n=13) treated with simple western medicine. They were treated for 6 weeks. Scores of tremor before and after treatment and adverse effects were investigated. Results The total effective rate of 84.6% in the treatment group was better than 61.5% in the control group (P<0.05) and there was less adverse effects in the treatment group. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture with medication is a safe and effective therapy for spontaneous tremor.
