尼卡地平注射液治疗主动脉瓣返流

目的 :评价尼卡地平注射液对主动脉瓣返流的影响。方法 :主动脉瓣返流的病人 2 0例 男性1 3例 ,女性 7例 ,年龄 (5 6±s 1 2 )a],应用尼卡地平注射液 2 0mg+氯化钠注射液 2 5 0mL ,iv,gtt,治疗前后进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查 ,检测返流指标。结果 :在给病人静脉滴注尼卡地平注射液 1h后 ,主动脉瓣返流束的长度、宽度、面积、返流分数及返流频谱的下降斜率与治疗前比较均显著减小或降低 (6.3± 0 .8)cmvs (2 .6± 0 .5 )cm ;(0 .80±0 .1 1 )cmvs(0 .40± 0 .1 4)cm ;(9.4± 0 .8)cm2 vs(4 .6± 0 .6)cm2 ;(0 .60± 0 .2 3 )vs (0 .40± 0 .1 2 ) ;(2 2 2± 2 0 )cm·s-2 vs (94± 5 )cm·s-2 ;均P <0 .0 1 ) ];主动脉瓣返流频谱的压差半降时间显著延长 (2 41± 1 6)msvs (3 80± 1 8)ms,P <0 .0 1 ) ]。结论 :尼卡地平注射液可以明显减轻主动脉瓣返流的程度

Nicardipine injection in treatment of aortic regurgitation

AIM: To evaluate the value of nicardipine injection in the treatment of aortic regurgitation. METHODS: Twenty patients (M 13,F 7; age (56± s 12) a (19-72 a)) with aortic regurgitation were examined by coloured doppler echocardiography before and after the treatment with nicardipine injection (20 mg+0.9 % saline 250 mL,iv, gtt). RESULTS: The length, width,area of the aortic regurgitation bundle and the regurgitant fraction,decreased slope of flow velocity pattern of aortic regurgitation were reduced significantly after 1 h treatment with nicardipine ((6.3±0.8) cm vs (2.6 ±0.5) cm;(0.80±0.11) cm vs (0.40±0.14) cm;(9.4±0.8) cm 2 vs (4.6±0.6) cm 2;(0.60±0.23) vs (0.40±0.12);(222±20) cm·s -2 vs (94±5) cm·s -2 ; P <0.01, respectively) compared with those before the treatment. Pressure half time of the flow velocity pattern of the aortic regurgitation was increased significantly ((241±16) ms vs (380±18) ms, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Nicardipine injection is very effective in the treatment of aortic regurgitation.
