鼠耳蝠下丘听反应区的神经联系及其与强啡肽能神经元的关系

摘    要:本文采用HRP结合免疫组织化学方法对鼠耳蝠(MyotisChinensis)与下丘超声反应区相联系的神经元及其递质特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)皮层的听区Ⅲ-Ⅳ层的小锥体细胞和双极细胞轴突传向下丘听反应区;下丘听反应区还接受耳蜗核、斜方体、上橄榄核、外侧丘系核、薄束核、楔束核以及上丘的投射;下丘中央核接受下丘背核和下丘外核、下丘联合区的投射;下丘与黑质有交互投射。(2)用强啡肽A1-17抗血清进行免疫组织化学反应,在黑质区发现HRP与强啡肽双重反应阳性神经元。本研究结果提示,下丘受黑质强啡肽能神经元的调控,可能对回声定位和动物的运动具有重要作用。

Abstract:The connection of the inferior colliculus were determined in the mouse-eared bat (Myotis Chinensis), using the horseradish peroxidase combined with immunohistoehemical method. In order to localize the auditory centers and their cytoarc hitectures of this bat, brains were investigated with the aid of Nissl stain. The results show that: ① HRP labeled cells were found in the auditory cortex, SI, superior colliculus, cochlear nucleus, gracile nucleus, cuneate nucleus ; HRP stained terminals were found in substantia nigra. ②HRP stained neUlons with immunohistochemical pos itive reaction were found only in substantla nigra. It is suggested that there is a mutual connection between the inferior colliculus and the extrapyramidal system through substantia nigra in which dynorphinergic neurons project to the inferior colliculus. The dynorphinergic neurons in extrapyramidal system contribute to accurate regulation of auditory signal processing and movement controlling in echolocation.
