睾丸酮对鼠脑皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后再生的影响

摘    要:用2月龄去势雄性SD大鼠28只,建立皮质损伤模型,采用AChE染色法,通过计算切口两侧纤维数观察了睾丸酮对鼠脑皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后再生的影响。结果:损伤1周后用药组的损伤切口吻侧区的纤维密度明显高于损伤1周后的对照组和正常组(P<0.01);2周后,用药组纤维密度虽仍高于同期对照组(P<0.01),但较1周时的密度明显降低;4周后用药组吻侧纤维密度较2周时升高,但与同期对照组差别不明显。同时也看到1周用药组损伤切口尾侧区的纤维密度甚低,明显低于正常值(P<0.01),与同期报伤对照组差别不明显;2周和4周用药组尾侧区纤维密度增加高于对照组(P<005)。提示:睾丸酮对鼠脑皮质损伤后胆碱能纤维再生有促进作用。

EFFECTS OF TESTOSTERONE ON REGENERATION OF CORTICAL CHOLINERGIC FIBER FOLLOWING INJURY

Abstract:28 rats (Wistar, 2 months old) were used for the cortex incision model after testectomy, 12 of which were intramuscular injected with testosteroni propionatis(2. 5 mg/q o d), 12 of which were used as control group, and 4 were as normal group.AChE stain method was used to observe the change of cholinergic fiber density. The results were as follows: (1) In the rostral part of injury, the density of AChE-stained fibers in the one week testosterone intramuscular injection group was higher thtin the normal group and the control group at the same time (P<0. 01); in the two week testosteone group, the density of fibers was higher than the normal group and the control group at the same time, but was lower than the one week testosterone group; in the four week testosterone group, the density of fibers was higher than the two testosterone group, but similar to the control group at the same time. (2) In the caudal part of injury, AChE-stained fibers of one week testosterone group and the control group were decreased greatly, the density of fibers was lower than the normal group (P<0.01) ; in the two and four week testosterone groups, the density of fibers was higher than the control groups (P<0. O5). The result demonstrates that testosterone has stimulating effect on the regeneration of cholinergic fibers in the cortex.
