一氧化氮合酶在听源性惊厥易感大鼠室旁核的变化

摘    要:用NADPH-d组织化学方法,观察和比较了室旁核内一氧化氮合酶在听源性惊厥易感大鼠和正常Wistar大鼠下丘脑室旁核的分布和变化.结果显示:在惊厥发作的大鼠,室旁核内一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的光密度值明显高于非惊厥发作的听源性惊厥易感大鼠和正常Wistar大鼠。提示室旁核内的一氧化氮可能参与了惊厥应答过程。

Abstract:The NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method was used to study the distribution and change of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the audiogenic seizure susceptible (P77PMC ) rats and northal Wistar rats. The results indicated that the P77PMC rats with seizure presented the highest optic density value of NOS positive neurons in PVN, as compared with the P77PMC rats without seizure and normal Wistar rats. These suggested that nitric oxide in PVN might have a role in response to seizure.
