摘 要: | 目的研究猫眼草提取物对不同胃癌细胞株AGS、SGC-7901、BCG-823增殖的影响并探讨其可能的机制。方法不同胃癌细胞株AGS、SGC-7901、BCG-823分别给予猫眼草提取物10.0、5.0、1.0、0.1mg/L培养48h,采用MTT法和台盼蓝染色法检测猫跟草提取物对不同胃癌细胞株增殖的影响。结果MTT法测定结果显示,猫眼草提取物各浓度组对AGS、SGC-7901、BCG-823细胞增殖均有明显抑制作用且具有良好的量效关系(P〈0.05);台盼蓝法计数结果显示,给予猫眼草提取物后,活细胞数随培养时间的延长而减少,对胃癌细胞株AGS、SGC-7901、BGC-823增殖的抑制具有良好的时效关系(P〈0.05)。结论猫眼草提取物对胃癌细胞株AGS、SGC-7901、BCG-823增殖均具有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用强度随给药浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而递增。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Maoyancao extract on gastric cancer cell line AGS、SGC-7901 、BCG-823. Methods Gastric cancer cell line AGS 、SGC-7901 、BCG-823 were treated with Maoyancao extract of different concentration or different time and effect of Maoyancao extract on proliferation of AGS、SGC-7901 、BCG-823 was evaluated by MTT and trypan-blue assay. Results Determination of MTT results showed that different concentration of Maoyancao extract has significant inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cell line (P < 0.05)and the inhibitory effect increases with the increase of concentration;determination of MTT results showed that with the increase of time living cells decrease, Maoyancao extract has significant inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cell line AGS, SGC-7901, BCG-823. Determination of MTT results showed that. Conclusion The Maoyancao extract has significant inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cell line AGS, SGC-7901, BCG-823 and the inhibitory effect increases with the increase of concentration and time. |
