格列卫治疗15例慢性粒细胞性白血病的临床疗效观察

目的：观察格列卫治疗对干扰素耐药的慢性粒细胞白血病（CML）患者的疗效及不良反应。方法：15例慢性期CML给予格列卫400mg/d口服,30d为一疗程,同时以同期住院接受传统方法治疗的CML患者为对照,观察格列卫对CML患者的血液学及遗传学缓解率,并记录不良反应。结果：15例患者有4例（26.7%）获得CHR;3例（20%）获得PHR;3例（20%）缓解后复发;5例（33.3%）无缓解。15例患者中3例（20%）获得遗传学完全缓解;4例（26.7%）获主要遗传学缓解,其中1例（6.7%）在3个月后复发。15例CML患者随访中位数时间3个月的总生存率为98%,随访中位数时间12个月的总生存率45%。结论：研究结果提示格列卫对传统药物治疗失败的慢粒患者有较高的血液学及遗传学缓解率。

Clinical Effects of Gleevec on 15 Cases of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Gleevec on CML eases which were resistance of interferon therapy. Methods： 15 cases of chronic phase CML treated with Gleevec 400mg/d,30d for a course of treatment. Meanwhile,the cases of CML that treated with traditional methods at same period hospitalized as the control group. Observed the hematology and genetics remission rate for two groups and record the occurrence of side effects, of cases treated with Gleevec. Results： 4 cases （26. 7% ） achieved CHR, 3 cases （ 20% ） received PHR, 3 cases （ 20% ） relapse after remission and 5 eases （ 33.3 % ） without mitigation. 3 cases （20%）were in complete genetic remission ;4 cases （ 26. 7% ） were the main genetic remission, of which 1 case（6. 7% ）in 3 months after the relapse. 15 eases of CML patients with median follow - up time for 3 months, with a total survival rate was 98% ,the median follow - up time of 12 months the survival rate of 45% of the total. Conclusion： The results suggest that Gleevec is a effective drag for the failure of traditional medicines in patients with CML, which have a higher remission rate of hematology and genetics.
