摘    要:目的探讨江宁县钉螺孳生与水系分布的关系。方法在ArcView8.1软件支持下,建立江宁县钉螺分布的地理信息系统,并对钉螺孳生地与水系分布的空间关系进行了分析。结果建立1995年江宁县钉螺分布地理信息系统,结果显示,1995年江宁县钉螺孳生分布呈聚集性,且分布在水体周围;进一步空间分析发现有83.87%的钉螺孳生地分布在距水体500m内的地区,且距水体100m内的孳生地的螺密度明显高于距水体500m以外的地区(P<0.05)。结论江宁县钉螺主要孳生在水体周围或距水体较近的地区,因此应将这些地区作为钉螺监测与防制的重点地区。

Relationship between distribution of snails and location of water pools in Jiangning County using Geographic Information System
Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between distribution of Oncomelania snails in Jiangning County in 1995 and the location of water pools. Methods Geographic information system (GIS)for distribution of Oncomelania snails in Jiangning County in 1995 was established using the Arcview 8.1, and spatial analysis was used to explore the distance from each snail habitats to the water pool. Results The GIS for Oncomelania snails in Jiangning County in 1995 demonstrated that snails grouped spatially. Further spatial analysis indicated that 83.87% of the snail habitats located in the areas at less than 500 meters from the water pools, and the density of snails in the habitats within 100 meters from water pool was higher than that beyond 500 meters significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Attention should be payed to the regions around the water pool in Jiangning County for they are more suitable for snail breeding.
