眼眶爆裂性骨折眼球内陷手术时机与效果的观察

目的 观察眼眶爆裂性骨折眼球内陷手术时机与效果的关系。方法 眼眶爆裂性骨折引起眼球内陷的13例（16眼）进行手术治疗。采用下睑皮肤入路开眶,或结膜-口腔联合入路开眶术,并采用不同的填充物,对外伤期2周以内和外伤后2月以上者两组进行手术,分别观察其疗效。结果 采用不同的手术切口,不同的填充物对于外伤后2周者手术效果明显;而外伤期后2月以上者手术效果欠佳。结论 对于眼眶爆裂性骨折引起的眼球内陷可考虑早期手术,其效果优于晚期手术者。

Operation on enophthalmos after blow-out orbital fracture

Objective To observe the relationship between surgery time and effect on enophthalmos resulted from a blow-out fracture of orbit. Methods To perform an operation on 13 patients of 16 eyes who suffer from enophthamos caused by bolw-out fracture of orbit.Patients undergoing enophthalmos were operated either by opening the orbit through an incision under the conjunctiva or under the bottom eyelids,or by opening the orbit through incisions in the conjunctiva and the oral cavity.To use different incision and different wadding,and their effect was observed. Results The result of the operation was much better for patients who suffered from the trauma of eye for less than two weeks than for those who suffered from it for more than two months. Conclusions For patients undergoing enophthalmos caused by a crepitant frature in orbit,it is the best way to perform an operation as early as possible.
