3种不同方法用于终止早孕的临床观察

目的 :探讨子宫内膜微型导管法、传统负压吸宫术及药物流产 (药流 )等 3种不同方法用于终止早孕的临床应用价值。方法 :对 150例孕 42～ 49d的早孕妇女分别采用子宫内膜微型导管法、传统负压吸宫术及药物流产等 3种不同方法终止妊娠 ,观察完全流产率、术中疼痛、出血量、术后阴道流血时间等。结果 :完全流产率 ,微管组与药流组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,与常规人流组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;微管组的无痛率较常规人流组、药流组明显增高 (P<0 .0 0 5) ;出血量及术后阴道流血时间相比 ,微管组较常规人流组、药流组明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 5)。结论 :子宫内膜微型套管法终止早孕具有手术简单、病人痛苦小、术后恢复快等优点 ,值得进一步推广和应用

Clinical effect of terminating early pregnancy by three methods

Objective: To explore the application value of different methods in terminating early pregn ancy by endometrium minisize pipe , traditional artificial and drug abortion Methods: 150 cases of abortion applicants whose duration preg nancy are 42 to 49 days respectively took endometrium minisize pipe, traditional artificial and drug abortion to terminate pregnancy The rate of com plete abortion ,the level of pain in operation ,the quantity of bleeding during and after operation were observed Results: Comparing the team of endometrium minisize pipe an d drug abortion , the rate of complete abortion is significantly different ( P < 0 05 ), but comparing the team of endometrium minisize pipe and traditional artificial abortion , the rate of complete abortion is not significantly differ ent ( P > 0 05 ) The women who felt the level of pain during operation by th e method of endometrium minisize pipe are significantly more gentle than those b y other m ethods ( P < 0 005 ) And the the quantity of bleeding during and after o perati on are significantly reduced,too ( P < 0 005 , P < 0 005 ) Conclusion: Term inating early pregnancy by endometrium minisize pipe is a simple method,which c a n lighten the operational pain and recover quickly after operation , and is wort h applying to clinic
